At Raja Jewellers, we ensure strict quality checks before dispatching every product. However, in case of any issue, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect item delivered
To request a return:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Customers must provide clear images/videos of the product and packaging as proof
- Requests raised beyond 48 hours may not be eligible
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery
- Used, worn, or altered products
- Products returned without original packaging, tags, or invoice
- Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product:
- Our quality team will inspect the item.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.
- If the requested item is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product or opt for a refund.
- Price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer.
